Update July 20th, 2026:
Taylor Fresh Foods reported that the voluntary recall of iceberg lettuce grown in central Mexico has been completed, with the recalled products removed from the marketplace. The company also said it will not source iceberg lettuce from central Mexico for the remainder of the growing season and is conducting its own investigation into potential sources of contamination.

The company also clarified that, on July 19, the FDA informed it that a previously reported positive Cyclospora test result was a false positive. Taylor Fresh Foods stated that, as of that update, FDA had not identified a confirmed positive product test for Cyclospora.

Taylor Fresh Foods reiterated that no Taylor Farms-branded products are involved in the recall and that all Taylor Farms-branded products available for purchase are not affected.

The investigation into the multistate Cyclospora outbreak remains ongoing, and Taylor Fresh Foods said it continues to work with public health authorities.
