Fresh & Ready Foods LLC is recalling two Fresh to You Burger Chicken Fillet sandwich products due to potential Salmonella contamination from raw breaded chicken patties. The affected products were distributed to business breakrooms in Oregon and Washington.

The issue was identified when it was discovered that raw breaded chicken patties were used in these ready-to-eat sandwiches. The recall was initiated on June 25, 2026, and classified as Class I on July 7, 2026.
